Interactive Interface

The Abe Lincoln Project Homepage | Vervocity

The mission of The Abe Lincoln Project and Looking for Lincoln in Pike County is to educate the community and tourists about the history of Abraham Lincoln in Pike County and to preserve the county’s vast Lincoln Heritage. History comes alive with an interactive interface and a website full of photography. With the new website, they were looking forward to promoting Pike County’s role in the American Civil War, asking visitors for donations, and sharing important community information to connect the organization’s followers.

Clear Organization

Vervocity worked to create a well-organized website with an appealing design. We used a color palette that fits this historical organization and moves the eye around on the page. By creating a thoughtful organizational structure for the website, visitors will be able to better navigate and find the content they are looking for. Clear organization and structure also allow Google to easily crawl and index the website making for better search engine optimization. Well-written, original content builds the visitor’s interest and invites them to get involved, invite their friends and come back for more. Most of the initial information we consume on websites is visual and as a first impression, it is important that high-quality images are used to form an impression of professionalism and credibility in the visitor’s mind. Our beautiful and contemporary mobile responsive design makes the site memorable and feeds into the personality of The Abe Lincoln Project.
